To Use Passport
(1) The provisions on use of diplomatic and official passports shall be as prescribed.
(2) The holder of the diplomatic or official passport shall have to return such passport to the Department after the completion of the purpose pursuant to sub-section (1).
Provided that the person bearing the prescribed public post may keep the diplomatic or special passport with himself or herself up to the term as prescribed.
